Perth makes top 10 in Architectural Digest’s ranking of the most beautiful skylines in the world
Perth’s mesmerising city skyline has made the top 10 in Architectural Digest’s list of the 17 most beautiful skylines in the world.
Our scenic cityscape took out spot number six in the ranking for its “dynamic” quality of course.
The list complimented Perth’s positioning at the convergence of Swan River and southwest coast and highlighted the impressive bridges dotted around the city.

“Undulating bridges add a dynamic quality to the cityscape and include stunners such as the Elizabeth Quay Pedestrian Bridge and the Matagarup Bridge.”
Perth was one of two Australian cities named in the list alongside Sydney, which copped the seventh spot.
It’s safe to say we’ve got bragging rights on this one.
Impressively Perth also beat the epic vistas of Shanghai, Singapore and Bangkok.
New York City’s iconic skyline was named the most beautiful in the world, followed by Hong Kong’s shimmering harbour featuring densely packed high-rises and Chicago took out third place with its striking supertalls including Willis Tower and Vista Tower.
