Celine Dion makes rare public appearance with sons at concert as artist makes bold promise

Celine Dion stepped out for a rare public appearance with her sons as they enjoyed a concert by Hauser.

The songstress, 56, and her twin sons, Eddy and Nelson, 13, took in a performance by cellist Hauser. The trio were also greeted by the famous artist backstage as he posted their meeting on his social media. Celine looked stunning in an all-black gown with her hair tied back. Her sons were smart in suits and t-shirt combinations; one in all white, and one in black.

They took in the Croatian cellist's show in Las Vegas on Saturday, June 22, and in a compilation video shared on Instagram, Celine is seen enjoying the show and clapping along. Hauser gushed: "We are each other’s biggest fans."

He continued to say the pair will eventually perform together when Celine is back on stage. She is currently not performing due to her ongoing issues with Stiff Person Syndrome. "Patiently waiting for our duet and I know that she will be back on stage stronger than ever, because there is only one Celine!" he continued.

Fans were in awe in the comments, saying it was "incredible" to see the musicians together. One user wrote: "It's incredible to see them together I love them that surprise is incredible."

The appearance comes as Celine's Amazon Prime documentary was released, showing a number of heartbreaking scenes, including the singer having a seizure on camera. In the traumatic footage on I Am: Celine Dion, the iconic singer is seen going into a "crisis" after her body becomes overwhelmed from her finding joy in singing for the first time in two years.

In the clip, Celine is seen consulting a medical professional as her feet go into spasm before her entire body shuts down while he battles to treat her with a colleague. The My Heart Will Go On singer is heard moaning and crying in extreme distress as she struggles to regain control of her body after she is administered valium to help relax her muscles and stop the spasms.

Following the distressing moment, Celine is seen wrapped in a blanket and she opens up on the feeling of "embarrassment" over losing control of her body. She told the camera: "Every time something like this happens it makes you feel so embarrassed and so, like, I don’t how to express it, it’s just… you know, like to not have control of yourself…"
