The public could see Kate Middleton in weeks, as Wimbledon officials shared they are ‘hopeful’ the princess can present trophies to singles champions.
All England Club chair Debbie Jevans told the Telegraph they will give her ‘as much flexibility as possible’ to present the champions with their trophies. The princess is still undergoing cancer treatment.
Elsewhere, Prince Harry shared the pain he experienced in losing his mum, Princess Diana, when he was a child.
In a new interview with Nikki Scott of Scotty’s Little Soldiers – a charity supporting children whose parents have died while serving in the armed forces – the Duke of Sussex was candid about his grieving experience.
‘You convince yourself that the person you’ve lost wants you to – or that you need to be sad as long as possible to prove to them that they’re missed. Then there’s this realisation of “they must want me to be happy”,’ Harry said.
‘If I do talk about it, and I’m celebrating their life, then actually things become easier, as opposed to not talking about it.’
