A lucky punter pocketed nearly £6,000 thanks to Group C's drab ending on Tuesday evening.
The group was in the balance going into the final match day, with England guaranteed qualification but Serbia, Slovenia and Denmark all looking to book their own places in the last 16.
The latter two sides did so, with both matches on the night finishing 0-0 as the Three Lions were booed out of Cologne by their fans at the game.
They did, however, win their group, and will play their last 16 game on Sunday afternoon as they look to improve on their early-tournament performances.
It wasn't all a downer for one fan, however, who put £50 on the results that ended up happening on the night. At odds of 117/1 with Betfair, the gamble returned £5,850 for a nice reward.

Betfair spokesperson Sam Rosbottom said: 'It's been tough watching England during Euro 2024 so far, but they played a big part in a punter's huge win on Tuesday night.

In the other game, Denmark finished second by virtue of disciplinary record, having underperformed in their tie against the Serbs.
