Craft a Festive Ski Slope Cake
Of course you're going to keep the cake that you just removed because we're going to use it. Beautiful. Keep this on the side. OK, let's move the cake and we're going to put it. That's perfect. I'm going to add a little bit of cream just right there, smooth it a little bit, perfect. And we're going to put the part that we removed a little bit earlier and put it right in. Let's take your knife and we're going to start curving. We're going to press this to create cake pop mix. And once you have your cake pop mix, let's take it. And we're going to shave as a ski slope right here. When you have your ski slope here, we're going to take out a little bit of cake right there. And once you have your cake right there, you're going to take a buttercream and you're going to start smoothing everything with the cream. And once your cake is perfectly smooth, I'm going to start cutting the other one. So we're going to create the space for our train to go remove this really light. Now here you go. Remove this and flip it for the train to go under. Beautiful. And then you're going to take a knife and you're going to cut the middle of your cake. Doesn't have to be perfect again. There you go. Just carve the inside just like that. And once you have your leg ready, you're gonna take the cake pop. So that's the top that you remove and you're gonna start building the top of your cake all around. And to have a nice aspect of a mountain, I'm gonna have some cake pop mix right there just to have like a little food and come back perfect. So when you're done with your cake pop, take your buttercream and you're gonna cover it. I'm gonna use some edible velvet spray to spray my taste. And when you're done with your edible velvet spray, let's stick some blue jello and put it inside the cake. OK, my Jelly set. Now let's take some coconuts, shred it and put it all the way in the middle. The coconut looks like snow. That's amazing. And here you go, a beautiful Christmas scene. For your next Christmas party you can play at least 20% of those two cakes. They are beautiful and really good. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoy making it. And Merry Christmas, y'all.
