But that’s not all: The house comes furnished, too, with cabinets, a toilet, sink, water heater and more, along with electrical and plumbing systems already in place. Built with a steel frame, the home is covered in a gorgeous dark wood grain that is sturdy and both earthquake- and wind-resistant. The walls and roof are insulated and soundproofed, too, and filled with flame-retardant foam panels. And with 11 windows and one large glass entry door, there will be plenty of natural light coming through the home.
