Sky News host Chris Kenny has blasted “rich virtue-signalers” for their climate hypocrisy.
Mr Kenny’s comments come after a recent article from ‘The Guardian’ reported on the carbon footprints of 12 billionaires, with many of them being “climate change evangelists”.
Sky News host blasts ‘rich virtue-signalers’ for climate hypocrisy
“It exposes their indulgence and hypocrisy,” Mr Kenny said.
“We’ve often talked about the wealthy climate hypocrites, AL Gore among them, whose carbon footprints would dwarf those of some island nations.
“But it’s great to see this get a run in the woke media – even if it is mainly a case of bashing the rich.
“The moral of this story is don’t let the rich virtue-signalers make you feel guilty about driving a petrol-powered car … or daring to install an air conditioner.”
