Where is Gonzaga from? Location, city and more to know about the Bulldogs basketball team
Gonzaga isn’t quite a blue blood, but don’t sleep on the Bulldogs during March Madness.
Since Mark Few took over the head coaching position in 1999, the Bulldogs have made it to the NCAA Tournament every year aside from 2020, which was canceled due to COVID-19. Even then, Gonzaga won its conference tournament, so it would have played in the Big Dance had it happened.
Beyond March Madness, Gonzaga has seen over two dozen of its players reach the NBA, most notably John Stockton. Domantas Sabonis and Chet Holmgren are two other notable Gonzaga men’s basketball alumni.
The question rarely is about the Bulldogs’ talent or ability, but rather: Where is the university located?
Here’s the answer to that question and more to know about Gonzaga University.
