US President Joe Biden appeared seemingly lost after arriving for a speech in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Wednesday.
During his Pittsburgh visit, the President met with steelworkers before appearing confused as his handlers had to tell him where to stand.
Biden spoke at the United Steelworkers headquarters, where he called for the tripling of tariffs on Chinese steel and other material imports.

According to CBS News, the President intends to protect the American steel and shipbuilding trade from China’s unfair practices.
The President continued his visit across Pennsylvania, following a stop in his hometown of Scranton on Tuesday.
Biden is expected to stop by the White House after his Pittsburgh visit, before travelling to Philadelphia on Thursday.
