Wesley Sneijder: ”Antonyn pitäisi olla täysin häpeissään”

Manchester United eteni sunnuntaina FA Cupin finaaliin.

Manchester United voitti välierässä Mestaruussarjassa pelaavan Coventryn lopulta rangaistuspotkuilla.

Manchester United johti ottelua vielä toisella jaksolla 3-0, mutta Coventry nousi lopulta tasoihin. Coventry oli jo voittaa ottelun jatkoajan lopussa, mutta voittomaali hylättiin paitsiona.

Rangaistuspotkukilpailun päätyttyä Manchester Unitedin Antony provosoi Coventryn pelaajia tuuletuksellaan. Antony on saanut tempustaan valtavasti kritiikkiä muun muassa englantilaismediassa.

Wesley Sneijder latasi suorat sanat Antonyn tempusta Ziggo Sportin haastattelussa.

– Antonyn pitäisi olla täysin häpeissään siitä, mitä hän teki. Hänen olisi ennemminkin pitänyt kävellä suoraan pois kentältä. Toivon Manchester Unitedin häviävän finaalin 0-5, Sneijder latasi.

Manchester United kohtaa Manchester Cityn FA Cupin finaalissa. Finaali pelataan 25.5.
