The drum & bass obsession has seen some incredible music coming through and Becca Hatch is leading the charge from our corner of the globe.
A love letter to hazy, heady nights out with friends, ‘Bass Keeps Calling’ hums through your body and keeps your heart pounding with its fast-paced DnB beat.
It perfectly captures that moment where you hear the drop and unconsciously let out a low ‘ooof’, close your eyes, let your head loll back and let the sound wash over you. This is club euphoria and Becca Hatch has distilled its purest essence.
“It almost quite literally is about when you feel the bass hit in a song and you don’t want to leave,” she said.
“The communal experience of a DJ playing a remix of one of your fav songs and the feeling of awe when the drop comes in and everyone is together bouncing to the same beat.”
“I really wanted to make something that reminded me of that feeling.”
