Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor, who were last seen in the film ‘Bawaal,’ are gearing up for their second collaboration with Shashank Khaitan’s ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’.

The cameras are rolling today as filming for the movie kicks off. Director Shashank Khaitan took to his Instagram to give fans a sneak peek at the sets, and it’s sure to amp up the excitement among all the fans.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Shashank Khaitan dropped a picture from the sets of Sunny Sankari Ki Tulsi Kumari. The photo captures a beautifully adorned table with flower bouquets, featuring the clapboard.

Sharing the picture, Khaitan expressed his gratitude with the caption, “Day 1 – sincere gratitude.”

Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan shared the same picture on his Instagram stories, showing his support for the project. Earlier today, during his live session, he mentioned his anticipation for the first day of shoot, expressing his excitement.

Additionally, Karan Johar also shared the picture on his insta story, sending encouragement to Shashank Khaitan with a heartfelt message: “Only love for you and go make the best movie Shash” accompanied by red heart emojis.

The film also stars Rohit Saraf, Sanya Malhotra, and Akshay Oberoi. It is set to release in theatres on April 18, 2025.
