The US severe storm season is well underway with already multiple occasions of severe weather and even a few tornadoes that the threat extends into later this week in the weekend as we have a potential severe weather outbreak for the Tornado Alley initially with Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas in that threat for Thursday. But then Friday that risk shifts a little bit eastward encompassing the Midwest from Nebraska, Iowa, all the way down to Arkansas and then that risk switches back again on Saturday. Now the strongest threat will be Friday and Saturday. For the threats of large hail, strong and very damaging wind gusts, and even a possibility at some tornadoes. And we have this massive through that’s initially swinging across the US, followed by a second through, which is what’s really going to drive that weather Friday into Saturday. And look at all this thunderstorm energy as it peels up from Texas and stretches all the way up almost to the Great Lakes. It’s a very extended region of severe weather potential all the way to the end of the weekend. And it’s actually what’s going to cause a potential storm coming through the Great Lakes as the system swings on through. It’s going to be bringing about some. Potential thunderstorms and quite a bit of rainfall to Ontario.
