The north Londoners are also targeting their first Champions League semi-final since 2009, and they travel to Bayern Munich for their quarter-final decider next Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Villa dropped out of the top-four after drawing to Brentford on Saturday, but are still 11 points clear of Manchester United in sixth. Ollie Watkins and John McGinn gave Unai Emery’s men a narrow lead over Lille in their Europa League Conference tie on Thursday.

They are tussling with Tottenham for Champions League football next season, something Villa Park hasn’t seen in over 40 years.

Aston Villa inflicted Arsenal to a 1-0 defeat in December, with John McGinn’s early strike the decider. The Gunners lost twice more in December but remain unbeaten in the Premier League in 2024.

Date, kick-off time and venue

Arsenal vs Aston Villa is scheduled for a 4.30pm BST kick-off later today on Sunday, April 14, 2024.

The match will take place at the Emirates Stadium
