After the United Arab Emirates, mainly Dubai, witnessed severe rain storms and flooding over the past week, the country’s National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority has announced said that ‘unstable weather conditions’ have ended. Rains have stopped and locals are getting back on the streets.
The National Center of Meteorology observed that severity of rains in the UAE had eased Thursday evening and the forecast shows pleasant weather over the weekend. The agency held several meetings in the past week. The National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority, Ministry of Interior and other agencies were also a part of these discussions, aimed at evaluating the situation and taking precautionary measures.
