General Staff updates data on Russian losses in Ukraine (Getty Images)
Ukrainian Armed Forces took down three aircraft and eliminated nearly 1000 Russian invaders over the past day. The total casualties of the enemy army personnel since the beginning of the large-scale invasion have reached approximately 414,680 soldiers. Additionally, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed 54 Russian vehicles, according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The overall Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022 to March 1, 2024 are estimated as follows:

・APV (Armored personnel vehicles): 12,582 (+30)
・Artillery systems: 10,106 (+36)
・MLRS (Multiple launch rocket system): 1000

・UAV operational-tactical level: 7794 (+26)
・Cruise missiles: 1912
・Warships/boats: 25
・Submarines: 1

Frontline situation
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, there were 83 combat engagements at the frontlines throughout the past day.
Russian occupiers continue to apply pressure on the Avdiivka direction and have significantly intensified their activity on the Novopavlivka direction. Ukrainian fighters are still holding positions and repelling attacks by the occupying forces on the Kherson direction.
Three Su-34 fighter-bombers were reportedly destroyed by units of the Ukrainian Air Force.
