The easterlies will bring cloudy skies and scattered rains over the eastern section of the country on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.
Southern Leyte, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Dinagat Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon is light to moderate moving in the east to southeast with slight to moderate coastal waters.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
