Tim Yap finishes Boston Marathon

Tim Yap is now a Boston Marathon finisher!

The eventologist and host posted a photo of him carrying the Philippine flag, wearing his medal and race bib.

Tim said he “can’t believe” this new achievement.

“Dealt with so much doubt, faced my fears and committed to do this—and I did!!!!”

In another post, Tim shared more photos from the race and from his trip to Boston.

“They say you should do one thing that scares you. Running the @bostonmarathon was that one thing that scared me,” he said.

He added that Boston is known for their elite runners which “was intimidating,” and admitted fear about running in the area’s Heartbreak Hill.

“Well, I’m here now and the people of Boston are the nicest and was able to deal with heartbreak well,” Tim said. “All that being said, it was a challenging, nerve-wracking and unforgettable course. I’m still on a high!”

While in the US, Tim was also able to meet Angelina Jolie.
