Boeing takes a big step into space. Apple rumors are swirling and the Planet of the Apes is back on the big screen all in the week ahead. Earnings season will start to wind down next week, but there are still some very high interest names due to report in the week ahead, including Lyft and Uber, Airbnb, and the week’s headliner media giant Disney. Meanwhile, Boeing is hoping to send humans into space aboard its Starliner rocket on Monday. The long delayed launch to the International Space Station comes after an uncrud attempt failed back in 2019. And as Boeing struggles to compete with Elon Musk’s SpaceX, Apple plans to hold a virtual event on Tuesday. Now it’s rumored the tech giant will unveil new iPads after no new models were announced back in 2023. And on Thursday, Oprah Winfrey will officially step down from the Weight Watchers board of directors after nearly a decade. She announced the exit back in February, saying she wanted to avoid the appearance of a conflict of interest. She revealed in 2023 she was taking a weight loss drug. The Planet of the Apes sequel will hit theaters on Friday.
