  • Balsamic vinegar facilitates digestion. Acetic acid is an active compound in balsamic vinegar which contains strains of probiotics. These probiotics play an expendable role in food preservation, digestion and improving intestinal health. Probiotics are important for maintaining the balance of the intestinal microbiota and, consequently, not only the intestinal health, but also the health of hole body, as it also contributes to immunity.
