KUALA LUMPUR (April 24): Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur marked the commencement of its lobby area refurbishment with a ground-breaking ceremony.
“Today, we embark on a journey to redefine luxury and sophistication in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Diamond Triangle,” said Sunway Putra Hotel’s senior general manager Wilfred Yeo in a press statement on Tuesday (April 23).
“Our commitment to delivering unparalleled experiences remains unwavering, and this timely refurbishment project underscores our dedication to setting new benchmarks in hospitality,” he added.

Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur senior general manager Wilfred Yeo at the ground-breaking event marking the start of the refurbishment exercise of the hotel lounge.
The refurbishment exercise will include the revitalisation of public spaces and redesigned guest lavatories, among others.
Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur is situated opposite World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur and features 650 rooms and is directly linked to the Sunway Putra Mall.
