Love Island fans have heaped praise on Callum Jones for putting Georgia Steel ‘in her place’ during an argument on Wednesday’s episode.
Georgia took issue with Callum voting her as a game player during a tense challenge on Tuesday’s episode where the islanders had to guess where the public had voted them in a number of categories.
She pulled him aside for a chat after the challenge was done and accused him of trying to cast doubt on her romance with Toby Aromolaran.
But Callum was having none of it, telling Georgia there was no one else he would have picked.
Georgia said: ‘I feel like you keep running for me and Toby that it could have worked on the outside and all this.’

Callum replied: ‘When did that leave my mouth today? I said from an outsider’s point of view.’
‘Yeah, so you have that view as well,’ Georgia said.
‘No, it was a question I got asked and I answered it,’ Callum said. ‘You and Toby were up there in a couple and these other couples that I feel like don’t fit the question then I’m going to give my reasons for that.’
‘So that’s also your view.’
‘It was a game, we got asked a question. Georgia, you can’t be mad at someone -‘
‘I’m not mad at you!’ Georgia said. ‘I’m trying to explain this situation to you. The fact we didn’t work on the outisde is so irrelevant.’
‘I didn’t pick you and Toby, who else would I have picked and for what reason? Tell me, please,’ Callum said.
‘I don’t know, that’s for you to figure out,’ Georgia replied.
Viewers took to X to praise Callum for the way he handled the disagreement
‘Exactly and for me, it was you and Toby,’ Callum said. ‘I’m happy, you and Toby are happy and that’s just it. I’m not doing it out of hoping to get you back. I’m just doing it out of the information I’ve been told.’
Viewers took to X to praise Callum for the way he handled the disagreement, with one writing: ‘Callum was getting feisty with Georgia, I love it.’
Another wrote: ‘One thing about Callum, he is not going to let Georgia speak over him ruuude gyal.’
A third added: ‘The way Callum just dealt with Georgia S was so satisfying,’ while a fourth penned: ‘Callum was eating Georgia S up at every opportunity.’
Another wrote: ‘Georgia S will never know peace as long as Callum is in that villa with her. God bless Callum.’
