The ultimate goal of the operations of Russian volunteers is to eliminate the Putin regime in the Russian Federation. The primary task is to help the Ukrainian troops, according to Russian volunteers in response to the questions of the RBC-Ukraine correspondent during a joint press conference.
When asked about the ultimate goal, the spokesperson of the Russian Volunteer Corps said that the primary task of Russian volunteers is to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces win the war.
“The second goal is to continue our liberation march, put the flag of the Russian Volunteer Corps over the wall, over the white house, and deconstruct the regime that is strangling our homeland, this is our goal, we will go to it even after the victory in this war, for the Russian Volunteer Corps the war will continue,” he says.
The representative of the Siberian Battalion emphasizes that the Russian volunteer formations have a single opinion regarding the dismantling of the Russian government.
“What is currently trying to rule Russia should not exist. What format will be there is not a military issue, but a civil issue. First, this work needs to be done. After that, the most important thing is the opportunity for the citizens of the Russian Federation to choose for themselves how they will continue to live. It is necessary to dismantle Putin’s regime,” the spokesperson says.
The Freedom of Russia Legion, in turn, notes that in addition to three units, fighters from the Ichkerian units also took part in the raid on the territory of the Russian Federation. According to the spokesperson, their goal is to liberate Chechnya from Ramzan Kadyrov’s clan.
“In what sequence it will be – let’s see how the military-political situation will develop. Of course, the main task is the elimination of Putin’s regime. And on the territory of Ukraine, the task is to get over the borders of 1991,” adds the representative of the Freedom of Russia Legion.
Russian volunteers raid
The Russian Volunteer Corps together with two other units broke through the border with Russia on March 12 and took control of several settlements, in particular, in the Belgorod and Kursk regions.
Recently, the Siberian Battalion announced that it had entered the village of Gorkovsky in the Belgorod region. The fighters captured the building of the local administration. Later, the volunteer troops declared that they were in full control of the village.
In addition, Russian volunteer troops announced strikes in Belgorod and Kursk. They said that they would hit the military positions of the Russian Federation, so they called on civilians to evacuate.
