Russian occupiers have deployed a submarine capable of carrying Kalibr missiles into the Black Sea. This occurred after a week-long pause, according to the Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine.
“After a week-long pause, the enemy has deployed a submarine missile carrier into the Black Sea. It is equipped with up to 4 cruise missiles of the Kalibr type,” the Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine statement said.
Military officials emphasize that the level of missile danger is very high. Therefore, Ukrainians are urged to be vigilant about air alerts, promptly seek shelter, and not disregard their own safety.
Rocket strikes by the Russian forces
Recently, Russian occupiers have intensified rocket strikes on Ukraine. In particular, there have been several mass shelling incidents over the past week.
The enemy utilized various rockets and also kamikaze drones named Shahed. Specifically, they attempted to strike Ukraine with ballistic missiles.
For instance, on Monday, March 25th, Russians used the hypersonic anti-ship missiles Zircon to strike Kyiv, launching them from the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.
For detailed information on the characteristics of Zircon and how Russians deploy it, refer to the material by RBC-Ukraine.
