Rs 240 DIVIDEND IT Stock: Shares of Oracle Corp’s subsidiary, Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd (OFSS), will trade ex-dividend record next week as the company announced an interim dividend payout of 4800 per cent per share with the face value of Rs 5 apiece. “The said dividend will be payable to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the Depositories as at the close of business hours on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 (Record Date),” said the company in a regulatory filing on the BSE.
