Rise of the Ronin Release Date, File Size, Pre-Download

Rise of the Ronin is an upcoming open-world RPG from the creators of Nioh that takes you back to 19th-century Japan.

With fast-paced dueling and historical elements, Rise of the Ronin is a highly anticipated game for fans of challenging RPGs. You’ll find traditional Japanese weapons as well as innovative technology as you traverse the lush landscape as a samurai.

Rise of the Ronin has a release date of March 22, 2024.

The game was originally announced during The Game Awards last year and has been intriguing RPG fans ever since. Since then we’ve gotten an abundance of trailers focused on the game’s storyline and gameplay.

Rise of the Ronin Where to Play

Rise of the Ronin is a PlayStation 5 exclusive. Right now, it will only be available to play on the PlayStation 5, meaning PC and Xbox players are out of luck. It may come to PC later but nothing has been confirmed.

Rise of the Ronin File Size

As an open-world RPG, Rise of the Ronin is a pretty big file. You’ll need at least 96 GB of free storage on your PlayStation 5 to download the game.

Rise of the Ronin Pre-Download

You can already pre-download Rise of the Ronin. It became available for pre-download on March 15, 2024, one week ahead of launch. If you have pre-ordered Rise of the Ronin, you should start the download now so the game becomes available right when it becomes March 22.
