I wouldn’t do this sort of rating. Coffee and tea are two excellent beverages with different organoleptic and bioactive characteristics. Both are drinks that should be part of the healthy routine consumption. What can leave one or the other out is personal preferences or indications in special cases.

Coffee may be better than tea when a person has Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or stomach aches. However, if a person is looking for a more stimulating drink, they should consume coffee instead of tea. Caffeine allows you to be more active and reduces sleep.

Both coffee and tea have different benefits. Both are said to contain a decent quantity of antioxidants and both have more or less the same caffeine.
