Titan Q4 Results 2024 Preview: Ace investor Rekha Jhunjhunwala-backed Tata Group company Titan is set to declare its quarterly earnings for the January-March 2024 period soon. In addition to this, the lifestyle company’s board will also recommend a final dividend for its shareholders.
Titan Q4 Results 2024 Date and Time
Last week, the company informed that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 3, 2024, inter alia to consider and approve the audited standalone & consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024.
The audited results shall be published immediately after the conclusion of the Board Meeting, Titan said in an exchange filing.
Watch maker Titan will host an audio conference call for 60 minutes at 5:00 pm on the same day with the senior management to discuss the performance followed by a Q&A session. The audio recording and call transcript will be made available on the Company’s website.
Titan Dividend 2024
Known to pay dividends once every financial year, the Tata Group company will also recommend payment of an equity dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24 with the January-March 2024 quarterly results.
Titan Q4 Results 2024 Preview
For the quarter under review, the Tata Group lifestyle company is expected to report a 10.9 per cent jump in its revenue on a quarterly basis to Rs 10,768 crore versus Rs 9704 crore in the third quarter of same fiscal. Titan’s PAT could jump 8.2 per cent to Rs 794 crore in Q4 of FY24 on a standalone basis.

Rekha Jhunjhunwala Stake in Titan
The noted investor owns 47,483,470 equity shares of the Tata Group company, which make up for over a 5 per cent stake in the firm, as of March 2024 shareholding data available on BSE.
Meanwhile, shares of the company were trading slightly in red at Rs 3566.20 apiece on BSE at 2:03 pm.
