Katie Holmes looked effortlessly fashionable on Friday as she stepped out in New York City.
The 45-year-old Dawson’s Creek actress — who reunited with former co-star Michelle Williams on Wednesday — kept cozy in a black, ribbed turtleneck sweater.
She layered a camel-colored wool coat with black buttons on top.
Holmes extended the stylish ensemble with a pair of charcoal-toned jeans that cropped at her ankles.
The look was finished with black tights and a pair of classic, black ballet flats.

She wore a large pair of dark, oval-shaped sunglasses as she bared her cosmetic-free complexion.
Katie skipped earrings but wore her signature hoop nose ring as she walked solo with a black purse over her shoulder.
Earlier this week, the silver screen siren made a statement in a black Chanel co-ord as she attended the fashion house’s dinner to celebrate the Watches & Fine Jewelry Fifth Avenue Flagship Boutique Opening.
Slipping her svelte frame into a sexy black cardigan, she teased her chest in a lacy black bra worn underneath.
The top boasted two-tone buttons and was teamed with matching wide-leg trousers.
The filmmaker also wore statement-making jewelry, including a long necklace, glinting earrings, a bracelet, and rings.
For the event, she wore her light brown hair in a long, sideswept braid that hung over one side of her chest.

The Rare Objects star married Cruise in November 2006 and filed for divorce in June 2012.
