BPI AIA named best life insurer in Philippines

MANILA, Philippines — BPI AIA Life Assurance Corp. has been recognized as the best life insurance company in the Philippines.

In a statement, BPI AIA said it bagged the Best Life Insurance Company in the Philippines by the World Finance Insurance Awards.

World Finance provides comprehensive coverage and analysis of the financial industry, international business and the global economy.

Insurance is one of the sectors that the World Finance Awards recognizes. Others include investment management, wealth management, innovation, banking, digital banking, corporate governance, pension fund, sustainability, and forex.

BPI AIA said the latest recognition is a testament to the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the insurance sector.

The insurance firm noted that the award came at a pivotal moment, echoing the resilience and adaptability demonstrated by the insurance industry in navigating the challenges brought by the pandemic.

“The recognition reaffirms our dedication to serving our customers, especially during tumultuous times,” BPI AIA CEO Karen Custodia said.

BPI AIA is a strategic alliance between two leading financial companies in the Philippines: AIA Philippines and the Bank of the Philippine Islands.
