Tomorrow, April 18, according to information from the Polish side, farmers plan to block truck traffic in front of the Korchova-Krakivets checkpoint, according to the State Customs Service of Ukraine (SCSU).
The traffic blocking will start at 09:00 and will last for two days until 9 a.m. on April 20.
“The throughput will be 1 car per hour. It is reported that this will not apply to humanitarian and military cargo,” the State Customs Service adds.
Passenger traffic in both directions will not be blocked.
Ukraine-Poland border blockade by Polish farmers
Polish farmers expect protests at the border to continue at least until the end of April.
Yesterday, on April 16, according to Andrii Demchenko, a spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS), protesters unblocked truck traffic in front of the Dolhobychuv-Uhryniv checkpoint.
In particular, Kyiv, Warsaw, and the European Union recently held talks on the grain issue. Ukraine has five steps aimed at solving the problem.
