PinkPantheress Brings Out Ice Spice & Kelela at New York Show: Watch

When PinkPantheress hit the Big Apple for her second of two shows on her Capable of Love tour on Monday (April 15), she brought out New York City’s very own “Princess Diana.”

The “Boy’s a Liar, Pt. II” collaborators PinkPantheress and Ice Spice united on stage for a bubbly rendition of their 2023 smash hit, which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. Fresh off a fiery Coachella performance, Ice Spice appeared – with no introduction necessary – to rap her verse in front of a seemingly endless sea of phone cameras and screaming fans while decked out in a shimmering blue two-piece set. Her lengthy ginger inches flowed in the air as she and PinkPantheress vibed along to the song’s jaunty instrumental.

In addition to the “Deli” rapper, PinkPantheress also surprised the crowd with an appearance from acclaimed electronic R&B artist Kelela. “I’m gonna cry, you guys,” she said while introducing Kelela. “I’ve got somebody that I have looked up to my whole life, my whole career, my whole conscious life … I’m just gonna let her speak!”

Decked out in a miniskirt, yellow top and black boots, Kelela ethereally danced alongside PinkPantheress as the two musicians performed “Bury Me,” a track from the latter’s Heaven Knows, which peaked at No. 61 on the Billboard 200.

Launched on Feb. 20 in support of Heaven Knows, the Capable of Love tour has taken PinkPantheress across Europe and North America. During her first Brooklyn show on Sunday night (April 14), the singer-producer brought out Cash Cobain, who performed his fast-rising hit “Fisherrr.” Less than a week after she wrapped the first leg of her tour in Berlin, Germany, on March 1, PinkPantheress became the second-ever recipient of producer of the year at the 2024 Billboard Women in Music Awards.
