Braless Olivia Attwood-Dack attended the launch of her new ITV documentary about cosmetic surgery, The Price Of Perfection, on Thursday.
The reality star, 32, braved the freezing temperatures in a chic black slightly see-through tank top and baggy black jeans.
She beamed as she carried a large, rectangular gold clutch under her arm and kept her hands warm in the pockets of her jeans.
The former Love Island contestant wore her long, dark blonde hair loose and only wore jewellery on her hands and one wrist.
Speaking to Grazia about the programme, released on Thursday, Olivia said: ‘The documentary definitely changed the way I think about surgery.

‘Watching people have surgery done so close to you like that is very eye-opening and I think it made me realise what an incredible toll it is on the body.
‘When it’s something you’re having done yourself you kind of disconnect from it, you’re put to sleep, you don’t know too much about what’s going on, but actually watching a breast augmentation, things like that in the flesh, made me realise what a big undertaking it is.’
The documentary’s launch comes after Olivia suffered a medical emergency which resulted in a ‘graphic’ operation.
She had had a cyst underneath her eyelid and needed an operation to remove it. She had a video of the process but thought it was ‘too graphic’ to post online and could make her fans ‘vomit’.
Olivia is married to footballer Bradley Dack and has revealed that they clash over when to start having children.
The couple married in 2023, but first got together even before Olivia’s stint on Love Island which made her a household name.
Olivia finished the third series of Love Island in 2017 in third place with Chris Hughes, who went on to date Jesy Nelson.
