Cloudy skies and rain showers may still be expected over several parts of the country, PAGASA said in its daily weather forecast on Friday afternoon.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms may be experienced nationwide due to localized thunderstorms.
The state weather bureau said the ridge of a high pressure area (HPA) affects the eastern section of Luzon.
Possible flash floods and landslides may be observed in several areas as a result of said weather conditions.
Light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters may occur all over the country.
