Kayseri İl Emniyet Müdürlüğü Çocuk Şube Müdürlüğü ekiplerince okul çevrelerinde yapılan denetimlerde 18 yaşından küçük çocuklara sigara sattığı tespit edilen 4 iş yerine işlem yapıldı.

KAYSERİ İL EMNİYET MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ ÇOCUK ŞUBE MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ EKİPLERİNCE OKUL ÇEVRELERİNDE YAPILAN DENETİMLERDE 18 YAŞINDAN KÜÇÜK ÇOCUKLARA SİGARA SATTIĞI TESPİT EDİLEN 4 İŞYERİNE İŞLEM YAPILDI.

Çocuk Şube Müdürlüğü görevlilerince okul ve çevrelerinde yapılan çalışmalar neticesinde; bin 163 şahıs ve 60 araç sorgulanırken, 134 park ve 301 işyeri denetlendi. Denetimlerde 4 iş yerinde yapılan aramalarda 544 paket doldurulmuş tütün, 600 adet boş makaron ve 45 paket kaçak sigara ele geçirildi. Uygulama çerçevesinde; 1 işyerine tek dal sigara satışı yapmaktan, 18 yaşından küçük şahıslara sigara sattığı tespit edilen 4 işyerine ’Sağlık için Tehlikeli Madde Temini’ suçundan, 1 araca ehliyetsiz araç kullanmak, yüksek ses ile müzik yayını yapmak ve ’dur’ ihtarına uymamaktan, 7 şahsa ’Kabahatler Kanunu’nun ilgili maddesinden gerekli işlem yapıldı.
