Morocco’s FM Meets with Korean Deputy FM, Special Envoy of 1st Korea-Africa Summit
Rabat – Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, held, here Thursday, talks with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, in charge of climate and Special Envoy of the 1st Korea-Africa Summit, Hyoeun Jenny Kim.
During these talks, the Korean official, whose visit to Morocco is part of the preparations for the 1st Korea-Africa Summit (June 4-5, 2024 in Seoul), expressed her country’s wish that Morocco actively participates in the summit and contributes to the success of this important meeting.
For his part, Bourita highlighted the Kingdom’s initiatives in Africa and Morocco’s willingness to work together with Korea for the success of the summit and its approach of co-development of the African continent, to which His Majesty the King pays His Very Highest Attention.
