SEREMBAN (April 23): Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd unveiled the second phase of Resort Villa in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban last Friday (April 19).
With a gross development value of RM135.9 million, Resort Villa features a total of 34 two-storey bungalows that sit on 16 acres of freehold land within Bandar Sri Sendayan. These bungalows have built-ups ranging from 6,839 to 7,749 sq ft with a starting price of RM3.6 million.
