Mantrez Walker, 3-star 2025 LB, commits to Colorado

It’s been a long road for Buford junior linebacker Mantrez Walker in his recruitment process.
When it came down to it, the speedy backer decided to take his talents out west.
Saturday afternoon, the 3-star 2025 linebacker according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett, committed to Colorado over Miami (FL), Ole Miss and Stanford.
The 5-foot-11, 220-pound linebacker was a menace for opposing offenses in 2023 in helping the Wolves win 11 games. Walker through 13 games tallied 54 tackles and four went for a loss.
Buford’s top returning linebacker also has offers from schools like Arkansas, Duke, Florida State, Illinois, Louisville, LSU, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State and Penn State.
