A cafe in Stapleford, which opened last year, has been put on the market. Yumm’s Diner has gone up for sale after opening in August 2023.
The cafe, located on Nottingham Road in Stapleford is currently closed and on sale. The diner offered ‘a bit of everything’ and the menu ranged from a full English breakfast to hot dogs and loaded wings.
Nothing on the menu was more than £10 and was suitable for those on a budget. The company selling the property states that the unit has ‘great potential for a new or established business’.

The space is divided to provide a front-of-house and counter space, prep room, and separate kitchen. The vacant unit is ‘available immediately’ according to the letting agent.
When the diner first opened in August last year, locals in Stapleford welcomed the new business. Previously speaking about the Yumm’s Diner, Andrew Cross, 69, said: “I’ve been in once for a coffee, it’s small but I wish the owners well.
“They’re in a good spot with all the bus stops and this busy road. Stapleford has a few nice cafes so hopefully, they can make a name for themselves.”
Molly Gains, 21, a student from Trowell, previously aid: “I’ve just walked past and noticed it. Hopefully the cafe does well, I know people are always asking for more shops in Stapleford.”
