The Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, strongly criticized the demonstration of neutrality by some leaders of EU member states against the backdrop of Russia’s ongoing large-scale military aggression against Ukraine, according to X of the Polish Prime Minister’s Office.

While speaking today, January 22, in Kyiv during a briefing as part of his visit to the Ukrainian capital, the head of the Polish government addressed those EU leaders who “have not fully understood what the fight is about and what the stakes are.”

“Today, anyone in the free world who pretends to be neutral, maintains an equal distance, or demonstrates it towards Ukraine and Russia, deserves the darkest place in political hell,” emphasized Tusk.

The Polish Prime Minister also reiterated his support for the Ukrainian side and expressed the opinion that in one way or another, every European country reacts to Russian aggression.

“You are not alone, even in the sense that this struggle is taking place in every European country,” he said.
