Konut Fiyat Endeksi (KFE), Şubat 2024’te aylık yüzde 2,2 ve yıllık yüzde 58,3 artışla 1216 oldu.

Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası tarafından Şubat 2024 dönemine ilişkin Konut Fiyat Endeksi verileri açıklandı.

Türkiye’deki konutların kalite etkisinden arındırılmış fiyat değişimlerini izlemek amacıyla hesaplanan KFE (2017=100), şubatta bir önceki aya göre yüzde 2,2 artarak 1216 oldu.

KFE, şubatta yıllık bazda yüzde 58,3 artarken, bu dönemde reel olarak azalış yüzde 5,1 oldu.

Üç büyük il için KFE değişimine bakıldığında şubatta bir önceki aya göre İstanbul, Ankara ve İzmir’de sırasıyla yüzde 1,5, 2,0 ve 1,6 artış görüldü.

Endeks değerleri geçen yılın aynı ayına göre ise İstanbul’da yüzde 45,6, Ankara’da yüzde 72,9, İzmir’de yüzde 57,4 yükseldi.
