Jenna Jameson’s wife files to have marriage annulled

Jenna Jameson’s wife wants their marriage annulled because of the former porn star’s drinking.

The 50-year-old beauty married influencer Jessi Lawless on 23 May last year, but the 41-year-old former hairdresser told fans she has filed documents to end their union because her wife allegedly lied to her about her alcohol consumption.

Jessi said in an emotional TikTok video: “There are a lot of rumors going around that Jenna and I are getting a divorce, and I’m making this video to confirm that.”

She told fans she had drawn a “hard line” on the adult film actress’ alleged drinking from the start of their relationship because it had led to “so many problems” in the ‘Cherry Pie’ star’s life but she felt betrayed after Jenna allegedly hit the bottle during a solo trip to Chicago.

She said: “This is the first time she’s gone to an event without me since we’ve been married. This is the first time she’s been away from me. I’ve been keeping her on the straight and narrow.

“She goes to Chicago, and she starts drinking. And then when I confronted her about it, she was definitely trying to lie about it until I told her … that people have sent me pictures of you with champagne in your hand.

“She admitted it, obviously. I didn’t even really have the pictures, I just told her I did. I knew she was drinking.”

Jessi slammed her wife for showing “no remorse” and trying to pin the blame on her.

She continued: “She told me point-blank, ‘I’m not sorry. I don’t feel sorry.’

“I’m crying, literally tears running down my face, begging for some sort of remorse from her. And she had none. She just wanted to turn it around and blame me.

“I don’t know how it’s my fault, but maybe I shouldn’t have had such high expectations.”

Jessi then explained she had filed for an annulment and it “shouldn’t take long to finalise”.

She added: “I’m sure you’ll see this, Jenna. I love you with all of my heart, and I really hope the best for you.”

Shortly after posting the video, Jessi shared a screenshot of a text conversation between her and Jenna, in which the ‘Tougher Love’ actress claimed her estranged wife – who has 15-year-old twins Journey and Jesse with Tito Ortiz and Batel, seven, with ex-fiance Lior Bitton – was “building a huge case” for her to sue.

Jessi retorted: “As if you have the money or energy for that…

“… You won’t spend the money to be in your children’s life, but you will spend the money to ruin mine? Wow. Nice Jenna.”

Jenna later took to her own social media account to seemingly responding the news, writing on her Instagram Story: “I keep it classy”.

A spokesperson for Jenna – who was previously married to Brad Armstrong and Jay Grdina – said she didn’t want to discuss the “specifics of her marriage at this time.

However, her representative told the New York Post newspaper: “Research has shown that empathy and understanding are better responses to addiction than judgement, shaming, and moralising.

“Expressing your unconditional love and support may be one of the kindest things you can do. Let them know that you are there for them—relapse or not, ten days sober or 200.

“Unfortunately, in the past, due to cultural attitudes surrounding addiction, tactics such as shaming, humiliating, shouting and ‘attack therapy’ were commonplace.

“Currently, rehab centres recognise this approach would constitute malpractice and would have no place in the delicate process of treatment. It is much more likely that clients will experience greater success when empathy is placed at the forefront of the client care process.”
