İsrail ordusuna bağlı taburlara yönelik her türlü yaptırıma karşı mücadele edeceğim-İsrail Başbakanı Netanyahu

KUDÜS, 22 Nisan (Reuters) – İsrail Başbakanı Benjamin Netanyahu, ABD’nin İsrail ordusuna bağlı taburlara yaptırım getirmeyi planladığına yönelik basında yer alan haberlerin ardından, hak ihlalleri iddiasıyla İsrail askeri birliklerine yaptırım uygulanmasına karşı mücadele edeceğini açıkladı.

Axios haber platformunda Cumartesi günü yer alan haberde, ABD’nin işgal altındaki Batı Şeria’da bulunan ve İsrail ordusuna bağlı Netzah Yehuda taburuna yaptırım uygulamayı planladığı belirtilmiş, İsrail ordusu ise bu durumdan haberdar olmadığını açıklamıştı.

ABD Hazine Bakanlığı, Batı Şeria’daki şiddet yanlısı iki kişi için para toplanmasına yardım edildiği gerekçesiyle Cuma günü iki kuruluşa yaptırım getirdiklerini açıklamıştı.

Netanyahu dün yaptığı açıklamada, “Eğer birileri IDF’nin (İsrail Savunma Kuvvetleri) bir birimine yaptırım uygulayabileceğini düşünüyorsa, buna karşı tüm gücümle mücadele edeceğim” dedi.

İsrail’in önceki silahlı kuvvetler komutanı ve savaş kabinesinde yer alan bakan Benny Gantz dün yaptığı açıklamada, ABD Dışişleri Bakanı Antony Blinken ile görüştüğünü ve konuyu yeniden değerlendirmesini talep ettiğini belirtti.
