What are you feeling about rent these days? It’s awful. Yeah. So my landlord decided to sell my unit last summer. I was paying 2000 here in Liberty and I had to get a new condo in Liberty, same size 2700. So my rent went up $700.00 for the same same space. So it’s pretty frustrating to see what’s happened in the last few years. It’s it’s, I think it’s impossible to think about moving, for example, like I have a good deal where I am and I basically feel like I can’t leave. Was it a good deal before? Maybe not as much but with a little bit of rent control it is a better deal. You can’t win. It’s just it’s I can’t save enough to for first and last. Between bills and everything else. I can’t afford the rent once I get in there. It’s just no winning. It really is the rent keeps going up and we don’t get paid more. Not yet. I’ve been lucky that my rent hasn’t gone up in the last year but it’s it kind of feels like any day right now. And again it’s if I want to move then I have to I’m looking at maybe double of what I pay right now. So that’s kind of scary.
