Monday’s rapid fire: Tesla, Cisco Systems, Verizon, Prologis and Papa John’s

All right, so that’s good to the rapid fire. Now starting with Tesla reports of more cutting, cutting prices in major markets including China and Germany over the weekend. The idea is that Tesla’s going to report a loss and that they haven’t sold a lot of cyber and they’re giving giving cars away in order to meet the cash flow. I think you have to wait to see what they say rather than make a judgement. Cisco, JP Morgan, they moved to a neutral rating from not rated. Says inexpensive valuation, but a little bit unclear about the medium. This is brutal because what it says is that Chuck Robbins gave you nothing when they bought spunk. Yeah. How about Verizon earnings? They reported a three cent earnings beat today, reiterate their wireless service revenue growth. I had said that this Verizon is not good. Wow, it looks like that was right. Holy Cam, because you don’t still have any real growth. Prologis downgraded market performance. BMUI know you talked a lot about Prologis last week. We totally disagree with this. And you’re talking about 97% occupancy falling to 96. I don’t think that’s as brutal. But you did have Seattle and you had New Jersey and Savannah start getting glutted and those heretofore had been good markets. What do you think about Papa John’s upgraded to hold from sell at Stifel? Just look, Domino’s is the key to pizza and Domino’s is a pure franchise model that happens to have no. Real estate. Print. There’s no footprint and the footprint is what matters. This is a very good member. Only six, six ingredients to this thing. But they don’t. No one plays that up. But they think it’s just another franchise. Yeah, so we’ll see. I mean, maybe we could see what the markets are doing real quick. I mean, I’d rather own Yum, frankly. Yum offers more value and you get Pizza Hut, which is not good, but at least it’s cheap.
