Funnel Cake Artistry: Crafting Sweet Swirls & Zigzags
OK, this is a funnel cake though I made. We’re going to make some nice patterns today. Just have fun with our dough, swirls, zigzags, whatever you guys want to do and go over it a few times. Take some time where it works, there we go. We’re going to take out our ring out of the oil and we’re going to slowly take this out. Place that nicely onto our plate. Cover that guy up. Slowly flip it over. And now we’re going to let it slide into our oil. I’m gonna slowly take this out of my oil. Onto my plate. Put that on nicely. And there you go. And we’re going to start by slowly making our beautiful circle. Move this around. We’re going to add one last piece. Get some more beer in here. Get that nice sizzle action you’ve got our garlic butter. And the other one too. And we’ve got our Old Bay. There you go. While these were cooking, I added some cornstarch and water to get a nice firm shape now that we have our beautiful shrimp. We’re going to slowly. Put this onto our plate. OK, now that we have our beautiful plate, we’re going to slide our shrimp onto our plate, get all of those juices on there. We’re going to start by decorating our avocado with some stuffed veggies. Fix that. And we are ready to put these on the side. And our last one, which we’re just going to place nicely, so that doesn’t move, we’ve got our delicious sauce. And we’ve got our shrimp. We’re going to dip this in, get some nice flavor, and there you go.
