A summer or fall getaway just got cheaper.

Frontier Airlines’ “1 Million Seats” fare sale is underway with deals starting at $19. The promotion ends on Monday April 29 and offers deals to many popular destinations in Frontier’s network including Atlanta, Austin, New York, Orlando, and more.

While the fare sale may provide deep discounts, there are several restrictions on when passengers can actually use the tickets. The sale applies to flights on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from May 10 through June 30 and then again from August 15 through October 31. International destinations, Florida destinations, and Las Vegas have additional booking restrictions.

“This sale is a great opportunity to grab a steal on airfare for a late spring, late summer or fall getaway, Frontier spokesperson Jennifer de la Cruz shared with T+L. We’ve been expanding our route network this year to a number of exciting new destinations across the U.S., Caribbean and beyond, so there are plenty of great options to choose from.”

The discounted $19 fares apply only to members of Frontier’s paid subscription program, Discount Den. The $59.99, a year service provides access to additional savings and benefits such as free tickets for children. For non-members of the Discount Den, the fares start at $29.Travel + Leisure spotted some of the deals include popular routes such as:

  • Atlanta, GA to/from Chicago, IL – $19 member, $29 non-members
  • Austin, TX to/from Denver, CO – $19 member, $29 non-members
  • Nashville, TN to/from Dallas, TX – $19 member, $29 non-members
  • Charlotte, NC to/from Orlando, FL – $19 member, $29 non-members
  • Denver, CO to/from San Antonio, TX – $19 member, $29 non-members
  • Orlando, FL to/from Philadelphia, PA – $19 member, $29 non-members
  • San Juan, PR to/from St. Thomas, VI – $19 member, $29 non-members

Frontier’s discounted fares are similar to basic economy tickets on major carriers. This means that carry-on and checked baggage cost additional fees, and the tickets do not include an advanced seat assignment. Frontier provided air travel for 30.2 million passengers in 2023, which is a 19 percent increase versus 2022, according to a recent financial filing.
