Arizona State quarterback Jaden Rashada has entered the transfer portal.
His agency, Disruptive Sports, confirmed the news on Thursday evening.
Rashada played in three games during the 2023 season, compiling 485 yards through the air, four touchdowns, and three interceptions. He also completed 53.7% of his passes.
He has four seasons of eligibility remaining and is now the top quarterback in the portal.
He was part of the 2023 recruiting class and was one of the best high school players in the country. Rashada was the sixth-best player in his home state (California) and the No. 81 overall recruit in the nation, per 247Sports composite rankings.
Rashada originally committed to Miami before he opened up his recruitment and signed with Florida. He was then released from his NLI before landing at Arizona State.
Plenty of Power Five programs will be interested in his services since he has a lot of talent and room to grow.
The spring transfer portal window opened on Tuesday (Apr. 16) and will remain open until Apr. 30. It’s an opportunity for players to get fresh starts with new programs for the 2024 season and potentially beyond.
