READ MORE: Terri Irwin reveals her chance meeting with late husband Steve
Images have emerged of Bindi Irwin’s two-year-old daughter Grace Warrior lending a helping hand at Australia Zoo’s wildlife hospital.
The granddaughter of late conservationist Steve Irwin showed she’s following in her famous family’s footsteps on Monday by nursing an injured joey.
Other photos showed the toddler adorably using a stethoscope to check on the health of her toy whale.
Grace’s father, Chandler Powell, 27, called the daughter he shares with Bindi, 25, ‘our thoughtful veterinarian in the making!’
He added: ‘It’s incredible watching her connect and show empathy towards every species.’

In a comment on the post, mum Bindi gave Grace credit for her ‘beautiful, kind, empathetic heart’ before joking that ‘the whale made a full recovery!’
The cute post comes after Grace’s grandmother Terri left fans ‘crying’ over a moving detail in her necklace.
The 59-year-old last week posed in a photo alongside her son, Robert Irwin, 20, in which they each tried on sunglasses.
But it was Terri’s pendant that caught the attention of online commenters after fans noticed that she was wearing a picture of late husband Steve.
‘Terri’s necklace!!! Oh my goodness’ one person wrote beneath the image while one more added, ‘She really does still love him with her whole heart!’
‘She really does still live him with her whole heart!’ one more wrote with someone else saying, ‘Aaaaand now I’m crying. Damnit!’

‘Okay that’s gonna make me cry, too late I’m already crying!’ yet another wrote with one more writing, ‘That necklace. My heart’.
Terri met her late husband Steve Irwin at Australia Zoo in 1991 and fell head over heels in love.
The pair started dating and were married eight months later, in June 1992.
Terri publicly marked the 17th anniversary of Steve death last year, on September 4, paying a solemn tribute to him.
The wildlife star shared a rarely seen photo of Steve sitting crouched in a hut with a dog next to him, with light illuminating him.
Terri kept it brief but deeply meaningful on the 17th anniversary of her husband’s death, leaving the caption, ‘Remembering Steve,’ with just a singe red love heart.
Steve tragically died when a stingray barb pierced his chest on September 4, 2006, while filming near Batt Reef, Queensland, in his native Australia.
He was just 44-years-old at the time.
