Fogarty throws support behind Crows skipper

He certainly casts an imposing figure but Darcy Fogarty’s the 1st to admit his form is as lean as it’s ever been. I’m I’m not having the impact on games that I’d like to be having. It’s not all about stats as although I would like to be having a bit more of an impact on the scoreboard and and within games Even so his six touches don’t necessarily tell the whole story. The uncertainty gives Fogarty a chance and he capitalises. It’s very much a game of moments and yeah I was lucky enough to be involved in that one where. Where I sort of dish it off and let Cookie take all the pressure, the pressure still on Adelaide to now perform against Essendon at home, riding a wave of belief after that win over the Blues. I think it’s gonna set us up, It’s gonna give us a lot of confidence going into the rest of the year. And yeah, I think a big win against a good side away from home is yeah, it’s only going to fuel the boys on. That stirring win has glossed over some shortcomings. Namely skipper Jordan Dawson struggles. It’s not so much about touches with Dorse, what he brings from a leadership aspect and yeah, what he can do off ball and and with everyone else amongst the team. It’s it’s touches are the last thing we worry about with him. Although just the 12 touches, his lowest tally in six years, might have some a little concerned. There’s no doubt both are ready to fire against the Bombers. It’s gonna be a fight and I think it’s gonna be on from the start, so hopefully whoever throws the first punch is gonna get the jump on him. Bitterly though, one eye’s already on the following weekend’s clash with North Melbourne when their weather club’s first ever Anzac Guernsey will Crouch. 9 News.
